About This Project

Five weeks shooting in Puglia, entirely in the province of Taranto from April to May 2019.

Dinamo Film handled the organization of the movie with its production staff and managed the scouting, casting and all the facilities.

The movie:

After a three year absence, Nica, a student of agronomics, goes back to her town in Puglia. She finds a complex situation: the olive trees of her family have been infected with a parasite, her father is ready to do anything to bring money in, their mother is in the throes of depression because the shop she was supposed to manage isn’t opening anymore. Nica, however, hasn’t forgotten the values that her grandmother has handed down to her and tries, against all odds, to find a solution.
